Subway is known for sandwiches, not sausages. In 2022 we needed to launch SubDog, a Limited Time Only frankfurter. We had just 5 weeks to sell 1,130M, without cannibalising from Subway’s core product. We were number 4 brand with 9% SOV in a category fuelled by limited time only products.
