For the last 6 years, The Real Cost continues to challenge our biggest rival: vaping. Despite massive efforts, the 2021 National Youth Tobacco survey showed over 2.5 million students continue to vape each day, higher than in 2021. Our ambition is to reduce usage from 2022- 2023 by challenging teen’s perception of the harmful risks associated with vaping. Staying a step ahead of vaping means moving at the speed of teens. With the vaping crisis still dominating high schools across the country, we needed a fresh way to engage their peer-to-peer conversations.
