Aisha Suleiman

Aisha Suleiman is an award-winning strategist, inclusion, and culture change leader. Her track record includes collaborating with global giants like Amazon and IPG Mediabrands, where she currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the EMEA region, overseeing 21 diverse markets. Aisha’s passion and expertise have driven these companies to fulfil their diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments. As a founding member of Amazon UK’s Black Employee Resource Group (BEN), she championed change while serving as Chair. In 2022, Aisha launched True White Allies, a ground-breaking film project spotlighting historical White anti-racists from the 1700s onward, inspiring greater allyship and action. Additionally, she contributed her expertise to the Rugby Football League’s Inclusion Board, supporting their Inclusion, Equality, and Anti-Discrimination initiatives.
