With over 15 years of experience managing regional experiential strategies, large-scale digital transformation and financial programs across multiple markets, Matt brings a strategic and customer-centric approach to what it means to be creative. His outstanding contributions have been recognized with the prestigious American Express President’s Club award—twice—reflecting his commitment to excellence and innovation.

Currently based in Sydney, Australia, Matt also created and runs his own experiential brand: Whisky Uncovered (founded in 2015), which brings together food and spirits in a relaxed way, as a platform for authentic storytelling.
Beyond his professional achievements, Matt is a blissfully married father of two and harbours a deep appreciation for cultural exploration. A passionate linguist with a 1,500+ day Duolingo streak, he is currently studying German and Italian. He also enjoys running, riding his Royal Enfield ‘cruiser’ motorcycle, and discovering new cultures through food, uncovering the stories and traditions behind each dish.
