    Lillian Betty is an accomplished media, marketing, and partnerships leader with a proven track record of driving strategic collaborations across diverse sectors. In her role at TED, she focuses on global partnerships, leading initiatives that enhance TED’s impact through strategic collaborations and managing key relationships to drive mutual growth.

    Before joining TED, she was the head of the Consumer Brand division, at Little Dot Studios, where she led the business development strategy, managed social impact projects, and created successful partnerships with brands like JD Sports, Charlotte Tilbury, and YouTube. Her career includes senior leadership roles at BEN Group, eBay, Future plc, Bauer Media, Hearst, and BBC, developing creative solutions and strategic alliances with organisations including ITV, Universal Music, and Channel 4. Notable partnerships with the Department for Education, RAF, and O2 helped her deliver award-winning campaigns across multiple media platforms.

    Lillian is a media mentor, a member of the Royal Television Society (RTS) and The ASA Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP), and previously served as a judge for the IPM awards. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Constance, a social impact agency, where she provides strategic insights on policy and best practices. As a member of the Festival of Media judging panel, Lillian brings her wealth of knowledge, industry experience, and passion for excellence to evaluate and celebrate the very best in global media and marketing campaigns.
