Credit is the main product for banks and finance companies. In addition to being highly desired by people, the product generate the greatest impact on the institutions’ revenue. Therefore, banks and fintechs have been developing new ways to expand people’s access to these products.
Itaú wanted to boost its presence on the market. For this, the bank needed to show itself as a good credit provider and strengthen people’s trust in the product and in the institution, placing itself as a responsible and available supplier.
