Rafael Camilo

Rafa Camilo is a board advisor, writer, speaker, mentor, and LinkedIn Top Voice. Born and raised in São Paulo’s Capão Redondo neighborhood, he brings almost 20 years of experience in strategy, having worked at leading advertising agencies and spearheaded Brand Marketing initiatives at Google across Latin America. At X, he led the Marketing, Innovation, and Content teams. Currently, he serves as SVP of Innovation and Integration at Edelman, is the co-founder of Corvo, a mentorship program, and sits on the Advisory Board of Harvard Business Review and Instituto Mais Diversidade—a nonprofit organization focused on fostering opportunities for the LGBTQIAPN+ community in Brazil.
